With BoA’s long-awaited Korean comeback album ‘Hurricane Venus‘ hitting stores late last week, it was the perfect time for the K-Pop princess to premiere her epic new music video for the album’s title track and official first single “Hurricane Venus”.
The intimacy of BoA’s recent “Game” MV has been thrown out the window in “Hurricane Venus”; in it’s place are elaborate sets, a huge army of backup dancers and an array of special effects that will really come to life once the rumored 3D version of the video is released.
The personable charm of the “Game” video was actually a lot more appealing than the in-your-face action of “Hurricane Venus”, but it works perfectly as a performance piece to show off BoA’s best asset – her dancing.
